Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting of Ferchem Misr for Fertilizers and Chemicals approved compensation contracts.

The compensation contracts come in respect to seven companies namely; El Dawlia Fertilizers, Abo Zaabal, International Agricultural Products, AlSafa Group Company, El Nile for Agriculture & Food Industries, AlSafa for fertilizers and Trydax for project management.

Ferchem Misr posted a slight decline by 0.78% in net profit for the first nine months of 2015 to EGP 2.161 million ($0.271 million), compared with EGP 2.178 million ($0.273 million) in the prior-year period.
